CyberBoard

Satirical sound object. It uses proximity sensors on an ironing board which, connected to a computer, allows the user to perform the bass continuo of a secco recitative. The iron acts as a plectrum, gliding over virtual harp strings, while a set of buttons allows harmonic progression in a sequence inspired by Renaissance opera, in a reference to Monteverdi.

Developed in 2022, this object made its debut during the XII International Colloquium Arts for Childhood and Social and Human Development, presented during the Q&A.
